Overview

OpsPilot is a premium, dark-themed SaaS operations dashboard built to centralize workforce tracking, expenses, multi-channel sales, and supply chain logistics into one hub. As Tech Lead & Full Stack Developer, I engineered the system from scratch with a focus on modular architecture, clean data visualization, and sub-second query performance for heavy grid rendering. Features include real-time time-tracking session loops, an interactive metrics dashboard, granular financial auditing, and a visual milestones pipeline to eliminate corporate administrative overhead.
